you stood strong,
above the crowd.

I will miss you,
and always remember,
you - the one -
that I barley knew.

Always bright,
not only smart,
but as a person...
an individual.

A leader, a friend,
someone who would,
always help - others;
if they needed it - or not.

I barley knew you,
yet, you touched me.
