despite all the time that may pass
running from a dream deep in my heart
understanding the question and still questioning
never knowing where to stop, or when to go
knowing that love follows but never catches
enough time to do it all, and yet not enough
never again i said, and then, when i saw you smile

possibilities of endlessness surround me
and yet i am too afraid to do or say
invite me into your heart so i don't have to ponder
never let go of this love that we have built in dreams
